Play a flappy-bird-style game online, free

If you liked the original tap-to-flap arcade format, Bumbly Bee will feel immediately familiar. Instead of a bird between pipes you fly a bumblebee between towers of golden honeycomb. The rules are the same three lines they have always been: tap to rise, don't touch anything, one point per tower passed.

It is free to play, works offline-quick on a phone browser, and your best score is saved on your own device. Signing in is optional and only exists so a score can appear on the global top 25.

• Phone or tablet: tap anywhere on the screen to flap.
• Computer: click, or press Space or the ↑ arrow key.
• Each tap is a short upward boost; gravity brings the bee back down between taps.
• Pause any time with the pause button to adjust the buzz and sound volume.

1. Open the game and tap once to launch the bee.
2. Keep tapping in a steady rhythm so the bee stays roughly level.
3. Aim for the middle of each honeycomb gap and look ahead, not at the bee.
4. Fly through a golden honeycomb token when it appears — one token lets you continue a run after a crash instead of starting over.

Is it really free? Yes. Every level, biome and challenge is free; the optional support packs only add cosmetic bees.

Does it work on school or work networks? It is a plain web page with no plug-ins, so it loads anywhere a normal website loads.
